Terms and Conditions
To register in group piano lessons complete and return the Enrollment Application along with the $50.00 deposit (this is part of your tuiton, example: $350 per semester = $50 deposit + $300 tuition).
Deposits and Tuition Fees can be paid by check (paid to “Talent World”) or via PayPal links on our site or as Cash.
Class spaces cannot be guaranteed until the deposit is paid. Spaces are limited.
Deposit paid is non-refundable. If the deposit is not used, it can be applied towards a future lesson.
The Enrollment Application and Deposit paid reserves your place in class and assures proper grouping.
Students are placed according to age. Class size is limited (4-8 students per class).
Continuing students will automatically be pre-registered into the succeeding level.
All continuing students must pa a deposit of $50.0 for the next semester.
Students will be notified of a starting date, time and location of classes. The deposit is non-refundable.
Group piano lessons (3 and 4 years old) – $350.00 per semester (4 months, 45 min. class)
Group piano lessons (5 years and up) – $370.00 per semester (4 months, 1 hour class)
The tuition balance is due on the First day of the class. No books or materials will be given out without the full tuition payment.
Courses are paid by semester. Each semester consists of four months.
The schoo year is divided into three semesters:
FALL SEMESTER: October-January
SPRINT SEMESTER: February-May
SUMMER SEMESTER: June-September
Tuition is non-refundable and will not be pro-rated
The school reserves the right to suspend the student for non-payment.
For group piano lessons tuition includes:
New Students: Starter Kit containing:
a) Talent World Music School binder
b) Music textbook
For Continuing students:
a) Music textbook
* Extra charges for lost materials.
Private Piano Lesson – $300.00 for 10 lessons (30 min. each)
Music books and materials will be purchased and paid separately. Copied pages are at no cost.
Tuition is due on the first day of the class.
All School Fees may be paid by or cash or via PayPal. Any outstanding balance will be subject to a $20.00 late charge (in two weeks from first lesson). There will be a $30.00 charge for returned checks.
School offers the follow discounts:
a) 10% discount toward fee for each additional child in the same family.
b) $25.00 discount on tuition if you choose to pay the total tuition for the year (2 semesters) on or before the first day of class.
c) $15.00 discount for referrals (after referred student’s first lesson).
Private piano classes are 30 minutes in length, group piano classes are 45 min. or one hour in length. However, if attendance is unusually low in group piano classes for any given week, class time may be shortened to 45 minutes for 3 students and 30 minutes for 2 students. Classes canceled due to teacher illness will be rescheduled or a substitute teacher will be provided.
Tuition is non-refundable. There are no refunds or credit for missed lessons. Absences can be made up within two weeks in another class of a similar level. Homework can be obtained by email from your teacher. If you are forced to discontinue the program, the School will credit only the balance of the unused portion of your tuition towards future lessons. No credit will be given for the deposit for on-going students. You will need to inform the School Director in writing two weeks prior to withdrawal. Upon receipt of written notification a tuition credit will be issued. Tuiton credits are valid for one year from the date of issue and may be applied towards future lessons for the student or members of the immediate family only.
